Christmas Returns
Orders placed between 1st November and Christmas Eve can be returned for exchange or refund up until 15th January. Please note, sale items are not eligible for extended Christmas returns and we are also unable to accept returns for underwear due to hygiene reasons. Shipment within the UK is sent via Hermes or Royal Mail. Standard delivery will take a minimum of 2 working days from date of despatch. Order before 5pm for same day despatch with Hermes or 3pm with Royal Mail.
